Insomnia Program

A FREE 6 week program for insomnia
~ offered virtually ~

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep. It can alter a person’s quality of life and lead to long term health problems.

This new virtual program is led by our Registered Social Workers.

This 6 week program uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I is a set of techniques that research has proven to help people with sleep over the long term and to more effective that sleep medication. The four techniques are known as:
1. Sleep restriction
2. Stimulus control therapy
3. Cognitive restructuring
4. Relaxation therapy

The next CBT for Insomnia Program will start on April 8th,
and run for on Mondays from 10:30 am – 12 noon.
