Insomnia Program

A FREE 8 week program for insomnia
~ offered virtually ~
Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep. It can alter a person’s quality of life and lead to long term health problems.

This 8 week program uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I is a set of techniques that research has proven to help sleep over the long term and to be more effective than sleep medication.
The four techniques are known as:
1. Sleep restriction
2. Stimulus control therapy
3. Cognitive restructuring
4. Relaxation therapy
This new virtual program is led by our Registered Social Workers.
It runs on Tuesdays from 1:30 – 3:00 pm
Registrations are being accepted for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2023 group.
