ACEs & Attachment Program

Adverse Childhood Experiences and Attachment
A FREE 6 week program for people who had adverse childhood experiences
~ offered virtually only ~

Next group starts April 14, 2026

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are traumatic or stressful events that may happen before the age of 18. There are 10 main ACEs that fall under the categories of abuse, neglect and household dysfunction. Evidence has shown that early life experiences are linked to poor mental and physical health throughout later in life.

The ACEs & Attachment Program will provide a safe, supportive space to understand more about ACEs, learn how to cope with ACEs, and break the cycle.

The next ACEs & Attachment Group program starts April 14, 2026
and runs on Tuesdays for 6 weeks from 1:30 – 3:00 pm
