ACEs Program

A FREE 8 week program for people who had adverse childhood experiences
~ offered online ~
The next group to start October 5, 2023
The Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) program helps to build resilience in children, families, and youth. By understanding how such stressors affect the minds and bodies of children, participants can feel safe and supported to break the cycle.

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are traumatic or stressful events that may happen before the age of 18.
There are 10 main ACEs that fall under the categories of abuse, neglect and household dysfunction.
Evidence has shown that early life experiences are linked to poor mental and physical health throughout later in life.
Participants of the ACEs Program will learn about how to move forward and build strong family relationships, caregiving skills and resilience.
The next ACEs Program will run for 8 weeks starting Thursdays, October 5, 10:30am-12:00pm.
