Insomnia Program (CBT-I)

A 6 week program to help people with insomnia

Struggling with chronic insomnia? Our 6-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help people improve their sleep

The CBT-Insomnia program is led by our Registered Mental Health Counsellors.

Participants will learn:

  • How sleep works and what disrupts it
  • How to reset their sleep cycle using personalized routines
  • Strategies to reduce racing thoughts and nighttime anxiety
  • Techniques for relaxation, improving sleep efficiency, and maintaining progress

The CBT-Insomnia Program will start Thursday, October 16, 2025
and run for 6 weeks on Thursdays from 1:30 – 3:00 pm.
