Otago Exercise Program
A FREE 12 week healthy aging exercise program – in-person only

NEW: Otago groups have started in rural sites this Fall

The Otago Exercise Program can reduce your risk of falling by improving muscle strength, flexibility, balance and reaction time. This Otago program will be delivered by the RFLA Allied Health Team kinesiologist in collaboration with the AVOID Frailty Program.
This 12-week program is best suited for persons who:

The 12-week Otago group program will run at the following sites:
Napanee @ the Lenadco Building on Thursdays
running Sept. 11-Nov. 27 from 3:30-4:30 pm
Sydenham @ the Grace Centre on Tuesdays
starting Sept. 16 from 10 am-12 pm
Newburgh @ the Newburgh Hall on Wednesdays
starting October 1 from 9 – 11 am
Tamworth @ the Tamworth Library on Wednesdays
starting October 1 from 1 – 3 pm
Verona @ the Trinity United Church on Mondays
starting October 20 from 9 – 11 am
Also coming to Deseronto, Sharbot Lake and Northbrook.
