A FREE 12 week healthy aging exercise program – in-person only
The next group in Napanee will start Thursday, September 11, 2025
NEW: Otago classes will also be held in rural sites this Fall (see locations below)
The Otago Exercise Program can reduce your risk of falling by improving muscle strength, flexibility, balance and reaction time. This Otago program will be delivered by the RFLA Allied Health Team kinesiologist in collaboration with the AVOID Frailty Program.
This 12-week program is best suited for persons who:

On Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 pm
Otago will run at these rural sites this Fall:
Sydenham @ the Grace Centre on Tuesdays
starting Sept. 16 from 10 am-12 pm
Newburgh @ the Newburgh Hall on Wednesdays
starting October 1 from 9 – 11 am
Tamworth @ the Tamworth Library on Wednesdays
starting October 1 from 1 – 3 pm
