Join our 90 minute afternoon walks with a gentle, mindful focus
Enjoy the benefits of walking outdoors—boost your mood, reduce stress, and ward off the Winter blues. Facilitated by mental health counsellors, Peaceful Paces will encourage participants to move at a comfortable pace, practice simple mindfulness, and connect with others along the way.
Join our gentle, mindful walks on Fridays from 1:30 – 3:00 pm
